Card declined at checkout
- Check card details, billing address, and available balance.
- Try a different card or contact your bank (some banks block large online purchases).
- Do not refresh repeatedly — finish checkout in one session when possible.
Abandoned checkout
If you closed the payment window, return to the event page and start again. Your seats may be released after a timeout.
Instalment failures
Update your payment method via the Stripe link in your receipt. Failed plan payments may cancel your ticket if not resolved — check emails from the organizer.
