Each ticket type supports optional sale start and sale end datetimes.
Use this for:
- Early bird → standard → last minute pricing tiers (as separate types or with dynamic pricing)
- Member presale window before public on-sale
- Add-on types that open later

Typical stadium flow:
- Verified-fan registration → access codes
- Code holders buy during presale window (ticket types visible only with code)
- Public on-sale when presale types close or capacity opens
Combined with queue
Enable virtual queue when the public window opens so checkout concurrency stays controlled.
