When you see a seat map
Some events require you to choose exact seats before paying. The map appears after you select ticket types that include reserved seating.
General admission (GA) tickets on the same order do not need map picks — only seated ticket types do.
How to select seats
- Choose your seated ticket type and quantity (e.g. 2 × "Reserved")
- The map loads — tap available seats (usually shown in colour; sold or held seats are unavailable)
- You must pick exactly as many seats as your seated ticket quantity
- Complete checkout before the hold timer expires
Seat holds during checkout
Selected seats are held briefly while you pay. If you close the window or timeout:
- Holds release automatically
- Seats may be taken by someone else
- Return to the event page and select again
Mixed orders
Example: 2 × Standing GA + 1 × Reserved seated → pick one seat on the map, not three.

Troubleshooting
| Message | Meaning |

| "Too many seats selected" | Deselect extras — only seated tickets need maps |
| Seat turned grey mid-checkout | Someone else bought it or hold expired — pick another |
